Prices and modes of payment
The current prices for Stala*Webshop products are shown on the website. These prices include value-added tax. Stala*Webshop reserves the right to change prices and terms of payment.
The products ordered from Stala*Webshop will be sent by the credit card payment or by payment through webbank, and the current postage charge by weight will be added to the invoice total according to a scale currently beginning at EUR 13 per despatch for deliveries outside Finland.
Payment through webbank
In Finland Stala webshop offers following webbank service: Nordea. Nordea webbank is available in Sweden only. When using webbank, please remember to return from the pages of the bank back to webshop in order to make sure that the payment is recorded to our system.
Credit card payment
You can pay with Visa, Visa Electron or Mastercard credit cards.
Delivery period and terms
The delivery time will be about two weeks under normal circumstances, depending on the season and on the availability of the product. Deliveries are made in EU an Efta countries only. Sales may be made to persons under 18 years of age only with the written consent of a parent or guardian. Stala reserves the right to decline any order.
Guarantee and servicing
Stala issues a manufacturing defect guarantee for products that it sells through Stala*Webshop. Should any defect appear in an ordered product during the guarantee period, then the User should immediately contact Stala customer service unit by e-mail at webshop@stala.com or by telephone on +358 3 8221 133. The User must retain the invoice/order specification received at the time of the order, as this document also serves as a certificate of guarantee.
Right of exchange and return
All goods ordered from Stala*Webshop are subject to a 14-day right of exchange and return. In cases of doubt, please contact the Stala Oy customer service unit at the following address:

In Finland returnable goods may be submitted to the postal service for despatch as "customer returns". In other countries goods may be returned through the postal service to Stala at customers cost. The original despatch note or itemised invoice must be included with the returning consignment. The costs of the return despatch will be paid by Stala*Webshop. The returned product and its packaging must be in reasonable saleable condition.
